Ordering from Us

All products and selling prices displayed on this site constitutes an invitation to treat only. No contract shall come into existence until we accept your order, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our absolute discretion.

 

Only once an order is accepted will a contact come into existence, Early’s of Witney reserve the rights to reject any order in our absolute discretion. All orders accepted will be subject to the terms and conditions of this site. Early’s of Witney reserve the right to edit and/or remove any product present on this site without need for prior notice before your order is accepted.

When you place an order on our site you shall receive email confirmation. Orders are only accepted by Early’s of Witney once an order is dispatched whereby the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Dispatch confirmation will be sent by email. Once an order has been confirmed in the checkout you will not be able to edit/make amendments to your order. If the order is accepted you will be notified via email and you will agree to contract with Early’s of Witney. Immediately upon placing an order you accept all details provided are true and accurate. You accept that you are authorised to be a user of the debit or credit card associated with your order and there are appropriate funds to cover the costs of the goods purchased. Prices of all goods and services displayed on our site are subject to changes.

Goods present on this site are subject to availability.

Products displayed on this site are available only whilst stocks last. Every attempt has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. We are unable to ensure that the colour seen on your monitor will truly reflect the colour of the product.

All measurements quoted on this site are approximations. Products supplied may vary slightly from those shown on this site due to regular product advancements. All products displayed are fit for the purpose they are intended. Early’s of Witney take no responsibility for products being used for purposes other than those suggested.

 

Pricing

Prices on this site are quoted in Great British pounds sterling. Only payments made in GB pounds sterling are accepted. All prices shown on this site are exclusive of VAT. All prices shown exclude packing and delivery costs, which will be charged at the costs displayed within the site.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your order placed on this site you can inform us via email before your products are dispatched to you. Cancellation may be accepted after goods have been dispatched if they are returned to us in accordance with our returns policy.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

Sipping costs displayed online reflect orders to be delivered to the United Kingdom (UK) Mainland. Orders for delivery outside this may subject to additional charges when an order is placed on our site. If further charges are necessary a member of our team will contact you once an order is placed on our site. For international delivery import duties may be payable on receipt of goods which are the responsibility of the buyer. Early’s of Witney accept no responsibility for these charges.

We intend to dispatch all orders within 24hours that should be delivered within 2-5days. Delivery times are only a guide, and begin from when the goods are dispatched. Early’s of Witney accept no responsibility for delays caused by postal delays or force majeure.

 
Exceptions: UK Bank holidays where applicable, please allow an extra working day for your order to arrive.

POSTAGE costs for items sent within the UK per order are:

Delivery on all orders under £300, will be charged at £15 plus VAT.
Orders over £300 will be free of charge.
Courier charges will vary

Important information

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by credit or debit cards that are publicised on the site.  Payment will be charged and cleared when an order is dispatched to the requested address. When placing an order you agree that the credit or debit card used is yours or you have authorisation from the owner to use it. All credit or debit cards used on our site are subject to authorisation checks by the card issuer. We accept no liability for delay or cancellation if payment to Early’s of Witney is refused by the card issuer.

Credit card transactions on our site are handled via a secure online payment gateway that encrypt all details in a secure host environment. In the absence of negligence on our behalf we can not be held responsible for any loss that could incur as a result of a third party gaining unauthorised access to any data provided when ordering or viewing our site.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase is not satisfactory Early’s of Witney offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Goods are required to be returned in the original condition they were received in. Upon receiving the goods back a full refund will be issued (excluding shipping costs.) Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. All returns (excluding defective products) are returned at the buyers cost and liability. We advise goods are sent back using Royal Mail Special Delivery enabling goods to be insured and a signature on receipt is required.
